Returns and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the very heart of our business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item to us provided that it is returned in its original packaging and condition. It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking your item.
If you do wish to return an item, you must let us know within 14 days of the date that you received the item. Please do this by e-mailing us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us, and will be notified via e-mail once we have received your return.
Provided that the item returned is in its original packaging and condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item and our shipping costs to you are non-refundable. We may not be able to accept returns for an item that has been damaged after it has been delivered to you, and any such item may be returned to you at your expense. Please also be aware that bespoke commissions cannot be returned.

We pride ourselves on the standard of our products, and every effort has been made to ensure that they are of the highest quality. It is important that you are aware that the frames, prints and other items we use may be antique, vintage or distressed and therefore are likely to feature inherent imperfections. We believe that these elements contribute to the character of our products.

Wholesale and Trade Enquiries
We would be pleased to provide trade and wholesale buyers (including corporations, hotels, private clubs, interior designers, boutiques, galleries, architects firms and restaurants) with our products. Please note that we are currently the sole distributor worldwide of our products and that our brand is a register trademark. We currently do not offer trade or wholesale to other distributors, online or otherwise our products can't be resold in internet and we do not provide wholesale to internet sites.
While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the general accuracy of our item descriptions, please be aware that all information and dates provided are intended as approximate guidance only.
Our "Interventions" collections are a contemporary presentation of and antique, old or vintage original work. We have not altered the original work in any way, and in some cases may not known the name of the original author of the work or its origins or years.

We use trusted and reliable delivery services, and aim to offer both a rapid and cost effective method to help your item arrive safely.
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated from our showroom in Central London to your chosen address. We also welcome collections (at no charge) from our gallery.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your personal information. We keep records for as long as required to operate our services in accordance with legal requirements and tax and accounting rules. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. You can edit your account information, including your address and contact details at any time. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We require you to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification. Please provide as much information as possible about the nature of your contact with us to help us locate your records. We reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 for this process.
We may update the terms of this policy at any time, so please do check it from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information either by sending a notice to the e-mail address you have provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on our website. By continuing to engage with us through our services and our website, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
