Manol Popham Information and Website Policy
Returns and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the very heart of our business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item to us provided that it is returned in its original packaging and condition. It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking your item.
If you do wish to return an item, you must let us know within 14 days of the date that you received the item. Please do this by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us, and will be notified via e-mail once we have received your return.
Provided that the item returned is in its original packaging and condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item and our shipping costs to you are non-refundable. We may not be able to accept returns for an item that has been damaged after it has been delivered to you, and any such item may be returned to you at your expense. Please also be aware that bespoke commissions cannot be returned.
Should you have any questions on how to return an item, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
We pride ourselves on the standard of our products, and every effort has been made to ensure that they are of the highest quality. It is important that you are aware that the frames, prints and other items we use may be antique, vintage or distressed and therefore are likely to feature inherent imperfections. We believe that these elements contribute to the character of our products.

We would be pleased to create bespoke pieces and personalised commissions for you. Please contact us via e-, mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements, and we can advise you of our full consultation process, production timeframes and costs.
